When protecting items from theft, the proper functioning of the Eas detector (antenna at the output) is very important, in that sense, timely alarm announcement is of great importance.
The most common failures are: Poor tag detection, or stickers. Antenna alarms are constantly sounding, audible and light.
Then complete non-sounding of the alarm and unobstructed passage with the protected item outside the store.
If there is any of the above or a similar problem, your security system is defective and most likely needs to be serviced.
