DIAGNOSTICS
The first and most important segment in the process of servicing a faulty device is diagnostics. It is closely related to hardware and software testing, and without them it is not possible to determine the exact cause of the failure.
HARDWARE TESTING
For testing we use measuring devices such as:
Spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, signal generator, lcr and esr meter, megger, as well as other instruments for determining faulty electrical components.
SOFTWARE TESTING
We use special dedicated software for testing, depending on the brand of the device that is in service.
REPAIR
In order to achieve the manufacturer’s specification, the return of the device to the factory characteristics of reparations, ie the replacement of defective with correct ones is done exclusively with original electronic components.
BURN TEST
The last and very important segment is the final testing:
– The repaired device is put into operation with all associated hardware accessories to achieve realistic operating conditions.
– By connecting to the software, the functionality is monitored in a certain period of time.
– With a successful Burn test, the service process ends
